• We assume no responsibility or liability for misuse, ingestion, allergy or irresponsible handling of our products. None of our products are actual food, and should not be eaten, licked, etc. Caution-May contain small parts, which could be a choking hazard ,adult supervision required. These are not toys, keep away from children, animals, and those who need supervision. Keep away from heat, flame, moisture, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures - none of our products are candles. Display purposes only. No warranty on products or implied warranty of the safety of the materials used. 
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order or product, please contact customer service at theatricaltreats@gmail.com with your order number. 
• A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged in advance for all custom orders.
• Please allow 7 days for your ready to ship order to arrive in the US , longer outside the US. 
• Please allow 7-10 days for your custom order to be created as products need to cure/dry before shipping (not including shipping time). Large orders will take longer as we are a small company and everything is hand crafted.
• Since everything is hand crafted, slight variances and irregularities are to be expected and are not considered defects. They add to the charm and individuality of your product. It is normal for some settling, shrinkage or cracking to occur over time in items such as "mousse", which is not considered a defect, it is a limitation of certain materials. • Products may be filmed/photographed without copyright infringement, however please credit us or tag us if possible.
• Some items are "lightly scented" to match the product theme. It is normal for the scent to fade after a few months, this is not a defect. Not all scented products will be labeled as such. If you require UNSCENTED items please notify us via email. The products do have a natural scent depending on what they are, (for example paint, varnish, epoxy, or clay) and that cannot be removed.
• If we are out of stock on anything we use in your order we will make every effort to contact you prior to substituting. (example : out of a specific glass we may substitute it with a similar glass)
• We may contact you to clarify your order requests, and to notify you of new products, promotions, etc. You may opt-out of our marketing.
• We reserve the right to disable user accounts.
• If damage occurs during transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving product.
